Insurance & Rates
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits and to verify coverage with the carrier prior to your first appointment. Please inquire as to carriers for which we will accept assignment.
Cost Per Therapy Session: $175
Insurance does not cover the cost of missed appointments. It is your responsibility.
You will automatically be charged a fee of $75.00 for missed appointments or cancellations with less
than a 24‐hour notice. This fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
Remember: The time of your appointment is reserved especially for you.
