Gina Lanza Kane has been a licensed mental health counselor in the behavioral health field for over 40 years. Gina is a certified clinical supervisor, a national board certified counselor, and a board certified telehealth provider. Her primary specialty is providing therapy for the therapist and clinical supervisor, as well as discreet and private tele-health services. She is a graduate of Columbia University, University of Central Florida, and University of South Florida.
Gina is a compassionate, authentic and empathetic counselor. She draws on highly respected clinical skills, professional judgment, decision making and interpersonal skills to help her clients. Her empathy for clients and their needs is obvious. She combines human warmth and genuineness. Her approach is person-centered and goal-directed, treating the whole person.
Gina is actively involved with her community. She is a member of the Florida Mental Health Counseling Association, and one of the founding members of the Gulf Coast Chapter. Gina has participated in the Susan G. Komen Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness, and is also a member of Give an Hour that provides services to first responders.
