Therapy isn’t a one size fits all solution. As a provider with over 23 years of combined clinical, and educational/teaching experience, I understand that every client brings individual strengths and challenges, and my goal is to help them identify strategies that work in the real world. Therefore, their success of treatment relies on a variety of strategies, and goals to fit their individual therapeutic journey. My approach is eclectic and focuses on building my clients confidence, secondly, them with real world strategies, and solutions( creating a working tool box of skills to effectively use in the moment, and the future if needed). My clients range from developing youth, young adults and adolescents, to older individuals who may be facing end of life support, or family dynamic struggles and change. I enjoy working with individuals and families seeking support with depression, anxiety, panic, OCD,PTSD, Trauma and other related disorders. I also have a strong passion working with behavioral disorders, and Autism spectrum diagnosis.

My background includes a variety of settings, including inpatient residency and foster care, college and academic counseling, and outpatient community based practice. I am also a former School Psychologist credentialed up north, and have spent time within the public school system in many mental health and educational roles. Most recently, as a school psychologist, and behavior specialist.

I believe creativity in goal implementation, flexibility utilizing therapeutic modalities in treatment, and teaching strong interpersonal boundaries are keys for successful therapeutic relationships. My goal is to meet the client where they are, and in that moment, and progress monitor their growth through our time together. I'm also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),(TFCBT) Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Social Skills, Executive Functioning concerns, and Academic and Social Emotional Assessments and Diagnosis. I offer a variety of academic and social emotional assessment and evaluations, as well as group support sessions including: Social Skills, Women’s Issues, Workplace Success Workshops, and Systematic Training For Effective Parenting (S.T.E.P.)
